Cleaning Mops
With our specially developed mop programs (Mop 90ºC and Mop 60ºC) you’ll take the best possible care of your cleaning mops. They are suitable for mops and have an efficient cold pre-wash to remove larger dirt and gravel before the main wash. This in combination with our unique
Active Drum™ gives an optimal cleaning performance since the hourglass shaped lifters guide larger “objects” such as gravel to the bigger evacuation holes in the lifter edges, which effectively remove dirt from the machine. With two rinses using a high water level the washer cleans your mops in the best possible way. By adjusting the time and spin speed you
can choose how much residual moisture you want to leave in the mop. For floor cleaning you have the choice between damp or dry mopping. If you choose dry mopping you can easily dry your mops in our efficient dryers after high rpm spinning.
Cleaning Microfibre
A unique program specially developed for microfibre fabrics such as cleaning cloths. The program has three rinses with a high water level in the first rinse for an optimal wash performance.
Flexible program list
Together with your service technician you’ll have the possibility to adjust the washer to fit your needs. You have 22 different programs to choose from. Three of these (nos. 20-22) are possible to customise according to your needs. This means a service technician can assist you in setting the optimal settings for your own unique programs, e.g. pre-wash, wash time, temperature, number of rinses, spin speed etc. Our professional washers have one to ten programs active simultaneously (blocking/adjustment is possible via the user interface). It is also possible for a service technician to change temperature and spin speed on all programs via the user interface.
Auto dosage system
The machines can be equipped with an integrated communication interface that enables connection of an automatic dosage system with up to 6 chemicals. This is convenient and also minimises the risk of overdosing.
Washer – fulfils hygiene demands
Our professional washers come with specialised programs, which fulfil the strict standards of public health authorities. The disinfections program fulfils RKI standards when using DGHM approved detergents*. Our system of thermal and chemothermic programs also ensures that the chosen temperatures are reached and maintained during the main wash.
Save time
Our washers save time without compromising
on results. This is possible thanks to a high element output that heats the water up faster. The machine can also be connected to hot and cold fill, which means even faster programs. Thanks to one of the highest G-factors on the market you’ll also save time in the drying process. Our dryers have smart auto programs that are easy to use and save both time and energy. With higher power they also provide shorter program times.
Easy to use
Our washers and dryers are very easy to use and understand. They have an easy to use LC display which is extremely fast and self intuitive to use, with only a jog dial for program selection and a start/stop button. The display clearly shows the chosen program and remaining time. The dryer has a buzzer so you can easily hear when it’s ready.
Small exterior dimensions – large internal
capacity
Both the washer and dryer have small exterior dimensions which make them easy to place in different environments. If you wish they are also stackable to save even more space. In combination with their size they have a large capacity with 60 litres for the washer and 111 litres for the dryer.
Easy to install
Both the washers and dryers are easy to install. With the washer you have the choice of drain pump or outlet valve and the dryer is either condenser or vented.
