MARINE / OFFSHORE

Our marine washers and dryers (we have both 230 V/60Hz and 440 V/60Hz without 0 potential models) have been sold to the marine industry for several years. We know that the life of laundry equipment on passenger ships, freighters and oil rigs can be tough with heavily soiled laundry and an environment that leads to corrosion on machines and equipment. The laundry room is often a part of the living quarters,so low noise and minimum vibration are greatly appreciated. This is assured with our stable washers and dryers with durable constructions and front feet fixations.

Long durability
We test all our professional washers and dryers before delivery. Every detail right down to component level is tested to last for at least 15.000 cycles. We conduct tests in laboratories, endurance tests at extra high temperatures, leakage and electricity safety tests.

Communication interfaces
Our washers and dryers can be equipped with an integrated communication interface that enables connection of a time booking system, detergent dosage system, coin operation and service diagnostics. Our time booking system is certified according to Aptus and QT systems. Number of cycles and failure codes are continuously logged in the machines. This log file is easy accessible by service technicians for easy maintenance of the washer.

Stainless steel drums
Both the inner and outer drums are made of stainless steel. They are more durable, have higher quality and withstand corrosion, which is important in a marine environment.

Stable Quattro™ construction
Quattro™ is our own durable standing construction. The outer drum rests on four shock absorbers firmly attached to a steel bottom plate. The entire construction stands inside the outer metal casing. So the vibrations stay inside the machine and high-speed spinning can be done without vibrations.

Short program times
Our washers save time without compromising on results. This is possible thanks to specialised programs in combination with a higher element output that heats the water up faster. Thanks to one of the highest G-factors on the market you’ll also save time in the drying process.

Easy to use and understand
Our washers and dryers are very easy to use and understand. They have an easy to use LC display which is extremely fast and self intuitive to use, with only a jog dial for program selection and a start/stop button. The display clearly shows the chosen program and remaining time.

Small exterior dimensions – large internal capacity
Our washers, dryers and dishwashers have small exterior dimensions which make them easy to place in different environments giving you more flexibility. In combination with their small interior they have a large capacity of 60 litres for the washer and 111 litres for the dryer.

Flexible program range
We have ideal programs to be used for marine/offshore like White/Colour (40ºC or 60ºC), Heavy (90ºC, 60ºC) or Wool/Hand (30ºC). These programs are easy to choose and use with no difficult options and are optimised to take the best possible care of the laundry. Together with your service technician you’ll have the possibility to adjust the washer to fit your needs. You have 22 different programs to choose from on your washer. Three of these (nos. 20-22) are possible to customise according to your needs. Our professional washers have one to ten programs active simultaneously (blocking/adjustment is possible via the user interface). It is also possible for a service technician to change temperature and spin speed on all programs via the user interface.

Low noise level
On an oil rig or freighter the laundry room is often a part of the living quarters, so a low noise level is therefore greatly appreciated. Our machines all have a low noise level and won’t
disturb anyone.
